What's it all mean?
Ready Set! roasters dubbed it the “caramel apple”, a cup that hints savory and finishes big and sweet. It’s our go-to for Japanese flash Ice brewing. Percolate or pour it over. So smooth we will be putting it in a can.
Behind the bean:
The Chiapas Region of Mexico is on the border of Guatemala. The rich volcanic soil and the altitudes of the Sierra Madre mountain range are the perfect combination to help produce coffees that are both delicate and sweet yet chocolatey with hints of caramel.
